4.5 stars.

Yet again, I go into a Candice Carty Williams book expecting one thing and get something completely different in the best kind of way.

I have known so many Empress and Aniya's throughout my life, and I think that's why I related to and rooted for their friendship so much. Some definite expected turns, but yet again, my heart is full.
