A solid well written romance. The representation in this book is fantastic. I love the sex scenes. Leigh Carron is so good at describing the chemistry between the main characters. This was fun, deep, emotional and hot as hell!

This is a cute little rivals to lovers romance. Very much insta-love with a ton of spice. Some of the sex scenes made me cringe (draining my womb? 🤢) and felt a bit rushed, but this is a novella after all. I liked the acknowledgement that there are different paths to health and we each have to find what works for us.

Started and finished this in one sitting. At first, I was a little thrown off by the accelerated pacing of events, but once you realized what this was intended to be, it got easier to go with the flow. The more I read, the more I come to find that novellas are not usually my cup of tea. I need more. I can suspend reality for a lot of really fantastical things, but insta-love is not one of them.

At times, I found the dialogue a tad hard to stomach, but there were also moments of genuine laughter. I also really appreciated the commentary surrounding body image and the FMC'S motto of simply finding the joy in movement. 

There was certainly a lot of spice in this brief 167p story. Especially considering, aside from what was essentially a small 6 month flash forward epilogue, the events of this story take place over a few days. Again, I am not a fan of insta-love. If you're into that, this is probably for you.

It was a quick, easy read that kept me entertained for a few hours.

I really enjoyed this novella.  The MMC's nickname for her is cute and he Def gets my engine running. 

I love the FMC's vibe. She could easily be my Bestie.
