So spicy

After the death of her brother Ivy is taken in by her cousin's widower. The handsome and brooding Julian Markham.

wow!

Once again Ms Simone spins a tale of lust and heat; once again her words flow off the page painting a vivid picture. Written as period story, we visit a manor where an impoverished young woman is seemingly dropped into the life of a mysterious, experienced, wealthy man. The writer does an amazing job, as usual, with chemistry and heat burning from the pages - if you like a story that reads easy and has enough spice to warm your insides, this is the one!

This was fun, not incredible, but then I read Simone’s author bio and found out she’s married to a cop and it’s less sexy now ☹️
