how CUTE ! two painfully shy people falling in love and chasing after their dreams, what more could you possibly want out of romance?

This one was very sweet and wholesome. It had great representation of anxiety. The chemistry of the characters was on point. I just felt like it was missing something

okay but why no prologue SARAH?

A brilliant escape into a rich inner life. I loved this! The characters were so real and I loved the Tennessee setting for such a sweet and tender love story. I loved the little romance nods in the book too, just a great read!

Read in one day. So cute and such an escape

initially struggled w/ the first bit of this novel, but ended up absolutely loving it. maybell n wesley have the sweetest love

I think there’s an audience out there for this book, one that loves Romance and Grand Gestures. And those certainly aren’t bad things, they just aren’t all that interesting to me! Still, I liked the daydreaming heroine and painfully shy hero, the scheming aunt and the house. It all worked well together.
