A bit slow at times (it’s very long), but I enjoyed it. I love the story of Ash and Sera.

ok… this book was dense. there was a ton of information, in the form of both exposition and supposition and it wasn’t always clear which was which. i think i understand what the author was working toward with this book - a bridge of sorts between an earlier (though technically sequel) series. but establishing all the threads that tied the two together was tedious and made this book a less enjoyable one than others i’ve read set in this world.

Genuinely the worst book in the series. Marking it at a 3 star is being kind, because I have loved Sera and Nyktos from the beginning…

This book was a whole lot of nothing.

WE DONT EVEN GET TO S E E THE THING THE ENTIRE FUCKING BOOK IS CENTRED AROUND

If she don’t pull this last book out of the bag I’m selling my entire collection
