Ending was unpacked too quickly especially considering how meticulously the rest of the plot was crafted, but overall still a very fun and entertaining read. The pictures are a great touch still.
Going to finish the series because it's alright and a quick read. It's probably good for vacation or the beach. It's just not really as great as I was expecting. Maybe the third book will make me feel better about the series.
This was just as exciting as the first book, Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children. A mix of history, adventure, and peculiarity for our young heroes trying to save their beloved Miss Peregrine amidst WWII. A delightful read! Five stars for Ransom Riggs!
I love this book so much. I regret not getting the third book at the library on Saturday. It was better than the first book in my opinion. Such a twist at the end! I love this book so much and now I'm in a reading slump. I don't know how many others do this, but when I'm reading the same book as a friend we both know the unspoken challenge of who can finish it first. Well, I won! Started it Sunday and only read two chapters. Read one chapter yesterday and read the last 11 or 12 chapters today at every moment I got! This is an amazing addition to Miss peregrines peculiar children. I absolutely am unable to wait to go to the library and get the third installment, Library of Souls.

I am truly in awe of how life-changing this world and these characters are for me.
I feel as though I exist half in the real world and half here with the peculiar children, it feels so real and raw and I don't know that I've ever felt this for a book series.
