At the beginning of the book, I was really annoyed with those aggressive possessive werewolve bullies in school but then the story took a really odd turn. I don't know what the heck I just listened to.
The narrators were really good though.

Twice Bitten: New Moon Series, Book 1
By: Belle Harper
๐ŸŽง Audiobook Narrated by: Chris Chambers and  Stephanie Rose
Length: 10 hrs and 18 mins

I thought both narrators were good, but the male had a vast array of voices in his arsenal.๐Ÿ‘ I enjoyed what they did.๐Ÿ˜ƒ

Two 17 year olds are caught and taken into care but in a new place. Raff is covered in bruises and tattoos. He's clearly had it rough. Lexi has run from every home she's been placed in since her parents died. She's been in a lot of awful situations in her short life. They're drawn together!

The new high school   is weirding Lexi out. The guys are all following her around, and some are sniffing her!๐Ÿ˜ณ

What will she learn about the hot history teacher, her new friend Raff, and twin brothers Ranger and Maverick?๐Ÿค”

A good cliffhanger ending. I hope the actual 'story' speeds up in book 2, though.๐Ÿคž

* Review for the whole series*

Here's the thing, if this had been a true 3 book series OR if it had been a simple duet with book 3 being a true epilogue novella AND had an editor of any kind been employed before release this would have been a 4 star (I like it) series. But none of those things are true, so it definitely doesn't deserve 4 stars.

Honestly the only reason it is getting a 3 star (eh) rating from me is because the audiobook narrators did a great job with what they were given. There was one point during book 3 where I was wondering if the male narrator felt like he wasn't getting paid enough to do this job because of the constant errors he had to (expertly might I add) stumble through.

What an intense ride and I was definitely here for it. This book definitely did a lot of teasing but I enjoyed every bit of it. I definitely canโ€™t wait to dive into the next book because that ending was killer. I have so many questions and I hope to get answers soon.
