irgendwie ist es einfach shallow idk
es geht nicht so in die tiefe auch bisschen langweilig

Such a cute book! Riley and Nash are perfect for each other. They have always loved each other but neither could bring themselves to act on it. There was too much to lose and they didn’t want to chance anyone getting hurt.

The characters throughout the book are fun, loveable and a giant family who would do anything for each other. Melles' writing of the characters was great, you got to know each character more or for the first time with a depth that you are getting to know a new person.

Nash has one of the biggest hearts. He does everything he can to make sure that Riley has the love and support she needs during her pregnancy, and no support from the father. Riley is stubborn and has a hard time accepting help from anyone. She is trying to navigate a life becoming a single mom and dealing with a medical condition that endangers hers and the baby’s health. But when they both have to deal with health issues, they step up for each other and finally start letting their feelings show.

Nash and Riley get their happily ever after!

This is by far more entertaining than book 1! Still giving it 3 stars because I don’t know what it was, but it still just didn’t completely do it for me.

Although I will say Nash Simmons is def one of my new fav book characters!

3⭐️ that was just cute

There is just something about this book that makes me upset, I read the first one a while back and loved it.

But book 2 is officially my stopping point for the series. I’m not sure what changed from book one to book two. But it feels disconnected, nothing made sense.

The epilogue gives one idea, that is undone by the first chapter, this book was the longest final trimester ever read.

We come off the high of brother’s best friend, to somehow flop on sister’s best friend.
