3.5. Ms. Christie is amazing in her plots considering the age she wrote. Quite an engaging enjoyable mystery.
It makes me smile that my comfortable author was such an amazing author. I sleep peacefully thanks to that. The ABC murders is different, but as great as many others.
Disfruto mucho la dupla de Poirot y Hastings, se complementan excelente y sus conversaciones me encantan. Creo que me gusta mucho mas Poirot cuando tiene alguien ayudándolo que cuando esta solo.
Para esta novela en especifico el sentido de urgencia jugo mucho a favor y la variedad de personajes hacia la trama fluir, el final, aunque algo rebuscado tenía sentido dentro de la misma historia y como siempre te deja con un buen sabor de boca.
Me es imposible, o al menos hasta el momento lo ha sido, no disfrutar de un libro de la Reina del Crimen. En verdad deberían todos leerla.

Not my favourite so far. I wasn't as drawn into the story and I was certain that the obvious red herring was a red herring, but I didn't see the ending coming. Despite that I wasn't shocked or even really surprised as I hadn't been that invested throughout.

I have said before and I'll say again that I think that 1.5 - 2 hours is exactly the right length for me personally for this kind of story - perfect for my attention span.
The collection includes The ABC Murders, After the Funeral, Death on the Nile, The Murder of Roger Ackroyd, Murder on the Orient Express, The Mysterious Affair at Styles, Peril at End House, and Three Act Tragedy.
