Talvez dou esta classificação devido ao hype desmedido e à quantidade de reviews de 5 estrelas que vi, que inconscientemente puseram as minhas expectativas lá no topo.

Não me interpretem mal quando digo isto! É um bom livro, mas na minha opinião, é mais do que um drama/drama familiar do que um thriller, como está a ser catalogado.

É viciante, intrigante e, de certa forma, diferente dos restantes do seu género, devido à exaustiva (no bom sentido) exploração das personagens principais.

O final soube a pouco. Esperava algo mais bombástico e verdadeiramente surpreendente.

I thought this one was really good. It's one of those character driven thrillers/suspense and while they normally aren't my favorite I was heavily invested in this one. It contains some dark topics so be sure to check your triggers before reading this one

Overall though I was really surprised to see that this one lived up to the hype and now I want to go back and read more from the author! This is my first book from her.
