This one made my 90s heart happy. I mostly wanted to read because I loved Dawson’s Creek when in high school. I found the entire book very interesting. This was a perfect nostalgic listen.
this was a fun read, especially because i have watched and enjoyed all of these shows except for my so-called life. dawson's creek and the oc were maybe the two most formative shows of my teenage years and those were my favorite chapters! also after every chapter i was thinking, oh i should rewatch this show! so maybe i'll rewatch one soon lol.

This was a very interesting look at how seven teen shows from the 90s and early 00s shaped television. I enjoyed the behind the scenes look at how these shows were made and the creative process that went into them. I would definitely recommend to anyone interested in pop culture of that era.

A fun and informative behind the scenes look at how some of the most iconic teen television shows came to be. Audiobook reads like a podcast if you’re into that, which I am. It was very interesting even though I’d only seen about half of the shows chronicled, and it inspired me to add others to my watch list.

I listened to this as an audiobook, and it was a fun listen! I mostly tuned in for behind-the-scenes details on the show Freaks and Geeks (one of my favorites) but liked hearing about the others. I ended up loving the story behind The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, and it's difficult when a book starts out with its most interesting story. Most of the stories were well-researched and compiled, but I still wanted more and wished other teen shows were included.
