Damn, this was good. I wasn't sure and almost put it down, but I'm glad I stayed with it because this was an excellent read! Mysterious and quite tense in places.

This book had everything I wanted in it. Adventure, combat and slow burn romance and an intelligent and independent woman character to name a few. It's written wonderfully and I was never bored while reading it. It's still my favorite book and I've read many more since.
