This was more of a 3 1/2 stars for me. It was just too unbelievable at times. Patterson loves his gruesome murders but these were bad.

Mostly skimmed this book - the suspense is gone and Cross is boring.

If you enjoy murder mysteries, this was a good story, fast paced. This story had some brutal killers, lots of travel and action. Detective Alex Cross is always on the move and his family is in danger.
