Winnie is absolutely precious, Granny Smythe's apple orchard feels so cozy, and there's something about a pumpkin patch that gets me super giddy about autumn. Winnie's sleuthing was so fun and entertaining, she did a great job at solving the crime. I didn't realize this was part of a series but I was able read it as a standalone without issue so I love that.

The Cider Shop Rules was another fun read that is nice for the fall time.

This one starts off right with Mr.Potter being found dead in the back of Winnie's truck under a tarp. So obviously because of that Winnie will be doing her own investigating along with the Sheriff doing his own as well. And we all know how Winnie's investigations end up going, and this time the situations that she got into seemed a little bit more dangerous than they had in previous books.
With the Sheriff having someone in his past also trying to hurt them alongside them trying to figure out what happened to Mr. Potter this book took a lot of twists and turns, some you can see coming and other ones were a surprise. We also got to see the Sheriff's family and learn a little bit about him which was interesting because he is always such a mystery because he provides next to no information about himself.

Overall I am still liking and enjoying this series. Winnie in this one we see being almost done getting her business degree, and we get to see her business expanding! Alongside that, we also got to see Winnie and Dot and their investigating adventures and Hank was even involved in some of the investigations by helping Winnie with things. The Sheriff's family was very entertaining especially the brother who was helping both the Sheriff and Winnie with things alongside being in town for the re-enactment. Was not expecting this book to end the way it did, but it made me like it even more. I like when I can't always figure it out and for it to be a nice mystery with good side stories as well.

It does appear that we will be getting a fourth book because the ending of this one set us up with a new mystery person to figure out who they actually are. I Can't believe we have to wait a whole year for it!

I picked up this series for its cozy Fall vibes, and it didn’t disappoint! Each book flows smoothly into the next, but they can easily be enjoyed as stand-alones. The finale tied everything together perfectly, and I really loved the story. Unlike many cozy mysteries, the identity of the killer wasn’t immediately obvious, which kept things engaging. The small-town characters were delightful, and I especially enjoyed the romance between Winnie and Colton blossom throughout the series.
