Cheesy. I hated all the pregnancy/baby facts thrown in, it seemed forced. What kind of doctor asks their very pregnant patient on a date?! Totally unbelievable! Ugh

While it wasn't as good as the first, I still rather enjoyed it!! I feel like Pesh's character and that storyline was a tad Un Necessary but to each his own I suppose!!

I don't agree with how Emma went about everything. I mean Aiden is trying and taking care of her in his house, doing everything he can to make up for his rather large mistake and she turns around and basically does the same thing he did, but justifies that it's different and ok. I have a problem with hypocrites like that. I mean come on she's making out with Pesh on Aiden's porch and then calls out Aiden's name and then goes to his bed. I'm glad they finally figured out their shit for the sake of them and the baby. Pesh is such a nice guy, can't wait to see what happens in his story.

I seriously love Aidan even though he messed up in “the proposition”. In the book two, he did every single damn thing just to please Emma’s heart. I just hate the fact that Emma invited Pesh in Aidan’s house and they started seeing each other as a “FRIENDS”. I also hate the part when she realized that she loves Aidan because of the
Spoiler intense kiss that she had with pesh and she never mentioned it to Aidan. THAT PART IS CHEATING TOO! >:[
. Although, It was good that they were back together. They were full of FUN and cockiness (Emma's teasing Aiden)... I love the PROPOSAL TOO! He was very romantic. I also love the part that Noah came in their life and the second baby.
I love this continuation book.
Everything in this book was amazing. :)
I'm glad that i read this book and thank you to my goodreads friend for lending me this book (AMY).

I'm soooo just "eh" about this book. Honestly, there really was no reason this "series" should have been 2 books, besides the almighty $$$. They easily could have been combined into one book with some decent editing of the more redundant parts of each. Also, there are a couple of plot devices that to me aren't really understandable, Pesh being one of them. To me, the love triangle was a bit overdone and unrealistic. I've been pregnant 3 times and NEVER have my hormones being so raging that I would jump into the arms of man while still being in love with another, no matter what he did to me. I think Pesh as a character is sweet, but too good to be true, and honestly if any guy acted that head over heels within moments of seeing me, he would immediately be thrown into the friend zone or blown off as stalkerific. He lacked a swagger or confidence that would have made me like him more, I just thought he was creepy.

Aiden's "brokenness" was downright laughable. I get it, you've had a girl screw you over in the past and you feel guilty for the way it all turned out. Dude, that was 8 years ago. That's nothing more than a literary crutch employed to make us believe this turn of events. It failed on me. Had is womanizing ways stemmed from something a little more traumatic, maybe I could have believed it, understood it or even accepted it. As it stands, nope, he's just a douche using what is nothing more than a mildly irritating past as an excuse for his current behavior.

Overall, this and book 1 were "ok." I like Aiden more in the beginning of this first book, when he still had the swag and aloofness. It seemed like they fell into insta-love (based on nothing but sex) and you lost me there. I would have rather seen their relationship grow realistically than it been "BAM...they're in LOVE, everything is perfect and now we are going to throw in some cheating and a love triangle to keep the story moving."

I don't know... some people seem to love this series. To me, it was just a little cliche and a lot boring.

That's all I want! They get together! One hell of a read :D

I must admit, I truly didn't like the first half of this book. Emma was just plain mean to Aidan. I mean, give the guy a break! he was groveling already!

Anyway, the second half is far more satisfying. Who doesn't love hot, attentive guys? Aidan proved that he could totally be a good guy. I was very happy when Emma finally gave him a second chance. He definitely deserved it. It was all so good after that. They were both so sweet to each other. They were even very CHEESY in may scenes, but I'll let that slide because hey, what's romance without a healthy dose of cheesyness? ;)

I must also say that I appreciate all of the other characters. From the old man of Aidan to the little Georgie. They made this sequel more fun to read. :)

So that's it.. this is a nice sequel indeed. I'm glad that I read it.

P.S. Emma's announcement at the end part? that sure is tough! I'm kind of worried. As much as I liked reading this book, I don't really want to read another sequel... just sayin. ;p

"I swear to God and all that's holy I wish I could take it back."

I can't believe I got this book four days since its release but it was all worth it. This is definitely worth the goddamn wait! I've been dying to know what's next with Aidan and Emma after I've read The Proposition, and thank goodness, this started only weeks ago since that last awful scene.

When I started reading it, I was sure Aidan will work hard for Emma's forgiveness but I didn't expected what happened. My chest literally ached at some parts but I can't blame Emma. After what he did, of course he deserved it but I can't help but feel sorry for him. He was obviously miserable and he's beyond regretful.

Despite grovelling and sending loads of sorry notes, Emma won't budge. And to add salt to his wound, Pesh makes an entrance and confuses the heck out of Emma's feelings. Surprisingly, I wasn't annoyed with Pesh despite being in Aidan's side. He was obviously concerned and sincere with whatever he felt for Emma and well, we can't really blame him. Emma is a sweet girl. What I liked about Pesh was he respected Emma as well as Aidan's role in her life. And he really did helped these two, not just with flying but also in making them realise how much they love each other.

"And you know why? Because I love you! Did you hear that? I love you, Emma Harrison! I love you with everything in me. If I was honest with myself, I've probably loved you since that first night at O'Malley's."

"I don't want to fuck you or have sex with you. I want to make love to you, Em."

I'm really glad that although Emma's pregnancy hormones are all over the place, her emotions didn't buried Aidan's. This book actually focused more on him and showed his emotional and vulnerable side. This wasn't just about fixing their relationship and having the baby, but also about Aidan's emotional and character growth. That back story did a great job supporting it despite it's one-time mention.

Ms. Ashley, you definitely met my expectation and satisfied me. I was swooned, hurt and really happy with all the things that happened in here. I love how the secondary characters made an impact to the plot and gave more back story. It made this book not just about Aidan and Emma, but also about those who are close to them.

I can't wait to read the companion novel which is about Pesh. Aside from the two, I really want him to have his own happy ending.

After a roller coaster of emotions (I seriously feel like having Emma's hormones), I'm glad of this book's outcome. Let me just cheer on Aidan and Emma's family, one more time.

I’m bitter because the message in this book seems to be “cheating is okay, you can make up for it later” tf ugh. Had so much potential except for the cheating part. Piss off
