no words!!!

I love them SO MUCH. Christian and Hayley are a new all time fav. I new this book would be a favourite from the second page. I loved pained characters because I find them the most relatable. This took the cake! Christian being protective was my favourite. I adored the main characters so much. I loved Hayley’s journey throughout the book and found her emotional growth admirable. The crazy plot was so good!!
HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I cannot wait for Piper and Ollie’s book!!!

There was a lot of drama going on, just… so dramatic.

I didn’t hate any part of the book, I enjoyed the dynamic between H & h but I’m not a huge fan of the bully to lovers thing because I feel like it makes for an inconsistent character. He’s so mean to her and then a switch flips and we’re suppose to love and forgive him?

I liked Hailey well enough and although her tragic backstory is T R A G I C to the point of it being a bit dramatic I still felt for her.

Overall, good but not great.

3.5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️

This was my first Bully romance. Though he barely bullied her but it worked for me. I’m not sure how I would like a more aggressive approach. So I thought I’d give this a try. I really enjoyed myself. The element of mystery and anticipation that followed Haley was very intriguing. I enjoyed the romance and the friendships. I will definitely be reading the next two books.

3.5 rounded up - the main reason I'm giving this one 3.5 instead of four is because the reason for the bully romance is very weak... The blame for something that is very obviously not the persons fault was really lame.

Overall though I enjoyed the book once it got past that point. Right now I am recovering from a concussion, so I had my book app read this story aloud to me and it was a light and easy thing to listen to. I enjoyed the storyline and the romance, and I will read book two.

Man, I am a suckered for high school drama. And this pulled me right in. I did enjoy that there was more of a plot and backstory to the characters, it gave them some depth. And it wasn't as smutty as I initially thought it would be. Overall I was impressed by what I ended up reading.

I was on one of my peak depressive episodes and i desperately needed a distraction so i read this. I think it did a good job because my chest was hurting from reading the book (instead of from my own problems) sooo yeay.

Eh it was okay. Kinda bizmare and the motives seemed a bit weak and convoluted but not the worst time I’ve had.
