Enjoyed this book a lot! It was a nice quick read. Loved the slow burn and how all along from the beginning you'd know it would get spicy. Very easy and pleasing read.

I love Mara , just flat out. Her constant over thinking reminded me of myself and either the author is brilliant or also overthinks as well because it was spot on. The tangents were expected from someone who had a lonely childhood.

Liam is a delight once the initial tension between the two disappears ( which makes sense after all since Mara IS a stranger & he's dealing with some things ) . I really like how it clicks for Liam why Mara & him weren't told about the other owning the house until the last minute lol I love Helena and she wasn't even in the story .

This is very nice , sweet and short book to read that you can tell the pacing from the time stamps at every chapter.

The sex scene at the last chapter seemed a little fast spaced , honestly I think the book would've been fine without it but I think it wasn't too bad for the pace of the story. The romance build up in the previous chapters even it out for me. I also would'veliked to know how Liam's job hunt went but maybe it'llbe included in the next book?

Overall , Mara is hilarious and Liam's a sweetheart , it's a book worth reading. I'll be reading the next novella.

Classic Ali Hazelwood. Enemies to lovers with a miscommunication trope. Not a fan of the same type of unaware women she creates in every book, so I’m really just here for the swoon worthy broody men.

It’s a good romcom romance book, very fast, very funny, very Ali. I have liked all her books at the moment and, as i said, it’s very like her, making me have only two problems: 1, all her characters are kinda the same…(? nextdoor vibes girl with grumpy business vibes man. 2, the smut could have an improvement, very big one. It’s still good and good for the heart. I’m looking forward to “Stuck with U” hoping to find a few modifications on those things that i mentioned. Still, i love her writing so, 3 stars it’s nice for this story 🤭
