Ah what a lovely feel good story. Written in a poet like prose, it tells the struggles of a young girl dealing with Tourettes, on top of moving every few months after another failed romance of her Mum's. An easy read, though sad at times - kids are so cruel

This is a kid lit book that I think should be mandatory reading, especially for middle school students. I listened to it, and while I did notice it seemed to be poetic in some parts, I was more wrapped up in the story. I think it would be hard to read and follow the story though. It’s a really great book.
