This was really fun! I loved Jack and Everly’s romance and how she just showed up and forced Jack back into being himself. I loved how supportive Jack was of Everly and that he didn’t push her away at the end with his dad. I wish we’d seen just a bit more of the sports.

ARC Review
Forever Wild by Rebecca Jenshak
Wildcat Hockey - Book 5
Interconnected Standalone
Forever Wild follows the story of Everly (the sister of Tyler from book two) and Jack, the captain of the hockey team. We have been seeing glimpses into their story for multiple books, and I was so ready for it. There was so much banter, and it was excellently spicy.
Pick this one up if you enjoy:
* Teammates sister
* Age gap (10 years)
* Professional hockey
* Slow burn
* Grumpy x sassy
Thank you to Rebecca Jenshak for the advance copy of this book.

4.5 I really needed this pick me up after some of the books I have been reading lol. THIS BOOK WAS SO GOOD. Jack and Everly were adorbs, and like my bestie chrissygreads said in her review, I really like how this one came full circle back to Everly after following her big brother in book 1. This had a forbidden aspect to it which was so fun. It also had a lot of depth as we are following Jack who is coming off an almost career ending injury, and then Everly who is trying to find herself and decide what she wants from her future career.
I am so sad finishing this book knowing I only have one more series from Rebecca left before I finish her entire backlist.

Wanted continuation of the 4th book. While there was banter and some cute stuff, it just wasn’t the same as the 4th book in the series.
