I think I’m usually very generous giving out stars, so I’m trying to reserve 5 stars for books that really hit it out of the park. This was close. It was very good throughout, but the last few pages had me flying through them. I wouldn’t exactly call it a “psychological thriller” but it kept me wondering what would happen until the very end.

Playing Nice is one of those books that keeps you up at night because you do not want to put the book down. It captivated me and left me craving as many pages as I could devour before sleep captured me. This happened to me every night for seven consecutive nights until I finished! I looked forward to curling up in bed to read every night to see what was going to happen next. The plot fascinated me to begin with, and then as I was reading, more and more was happening that just made me love it more and more with every page I read. Gripping, thrilling, enthralling! A must read!

Ooooooo… I really enjoyed this one. I actually read this in 24 hours lol. I totally loved how quickly the book moved and the chapters were so short. But the storyline was phenomenal! So many *gasps* throughout the story that it was impossible to put down! The author did an incredible job of telling this story!!

I received an ARC of this book from Netgalley in exchange for my honest opinion.
This was definitely not what I was expecting, but I loved it so much. I can’t imagine why the Pete and Maddie went through emotionally when they find out their son wasn’t theirs biologically and then to be put through all the additional craziness. As a mother I couldn’t even fathom it.
As always, I loved the differing points of view, and it kept me guessing right up to the end.
