Well, first half of the book was 3 stars, and second half - 5 stars, so 4 it is. At first the pacing was slow and the plot was in limbo, but in the second part both action and romantic lines began to develop quickly and the end was very exciting with a promise of a very interesting sequel.

loved this book so much wonderful job c. c. I love the love triangle between lucas and kylie and Derek and kylie. I love that kylie will stop at nothing to find out who she is. I love the realashionships of Miranda della and kylie. I love the idea of a camp of supernaturals and I love the story!!

Don't get me wrong this book is amazing, and I love it, but I couldn't help but notice exactly how many love triangles are in this series. I'll list them off for you.

Kylie: Lucas and Derek (also has Red and Trey going after her)
Holiday: Burnett and Blake
Miranda: Perry and Kevin
Kylie's Mom: John and Kylie's dad
Derek: Kylie and Ellie
Lucas: Frederika and Kylie
Della: Steve and Chris

There are just so many. I mean, why does almost every character have to be involved in one of these things??? It's the ultimate series of love triangles.

This was the best shadow falls book I've read so far. It's so good and I couldn't get enough.
