The vibes were solid, I would recommend it to friends, I don’t remember the MC’s names and probably won’t re-read.

Dev moved to Majestic to help out his friend Silas but when he ends up liking it there, he decides to settle. Until the man he hasn’t been able to stop thinking about for two years shows up with a surprise… the girl he helped has been killed and Dev is now the father of a fifteen month old baby girl named Lellie and nothing terrifies him more. Tully agrees to stay for a bit to help Dev make some decisions, but it soon becomes apparent that Dev not only wants to keep the little girl but the man as well.

Reasons I Recommend:

1) Instant single dad with a fight

2) Sort of second chance romance with a bit of twist and

3) Love the families Lennox created and this brotherhood is so great!

I love the town of Majestic. I was so excited for Dev’s book, and it didn’t disappoint. There’s just something about our cowboy horse whisperer that had me rooting for all his broken parts to be put back together, and when Tully and Lellie arrive in Majestic you know the sense of peace he’s found on the ranch will be disrupted, but it’s also just what Dev finally needs to be whole again and move past the trauma he’s still carrying inside. Tully’s interest lies with protecting Lellie and doing right by her and honoring her mother’s wishes. He can’t help the attraction he still feels for the man who knocked him for a loop after spending an unforgettable night with him. Watching him be frustrated by Dev in the present was a highlight for me because Tully knows way more than he’s given credit for (and carrying some baggage of his own). Dev really has to come to terms with what he wants and what his future looks like. This is about him learning to trust himself as much as it is him earning the trust of Tully and Lellie. What never waivers is the love and support of his found family—the brotherhood of friends he has always had by his side. I swooned over this moving HEA and can’t wait for the next in series.
