Too rambly - almost 5 hours into the audiobook and barely anything had happened. Nothing that gripped my attention.
Also, the narrator's voice was hard to listen to.

I am not ok. This is heartless all over again. I’m emotionally destroyed and will never be able to be fixed again. What a great book but… there is no recovery. Leave some tissues and hugs in the comments please

OH MY GOD
*breath* I am freaking obsessed with this book now. It cannot be understated. I feel like I’m understating it.
First horror book I’ve ever read and I was sufficiently horrifed, and so much more. This book sent me on a whirlwind if emotions that had me in tears more than once. I cannot wait to finish the sequel because believe me when I say there was only a minute of time between shelving Salt and Sorrows and opening Roots and Ruin. Of course, it would have been shorter if I didn’t have to pick my mess of a self off the floor and refresh my emotion drained eyes.
