There was no BOOM to be seen. I just feel like the last few books in this have just done a complete nose dive and there not that great. Will I still I read these? Yes because I'm a glutton for punishment.

I really liked a lot about this book, but I was also really confused at times.
I felt like I needed answers that wasn’t given, especially about Clay. It was just glossed over what he actually did..

Also, the Mayson family is one of my favourite book families, but they were really lacking in this one - no fun night out, no family gatherings, not a lot of the overprotective family, no meddling. Maybe it is because it sets up a new series following Clay’s brothers but no matter the reason I still wanted more…

I listened to part of the book on audio, but I didn’t really like either narrator, so I switched to reading instead.

The plot itself was fine, and Willow is a very lovable and strong character.

A cute romance with drama (the investigation into the murders was great and I hate to admit I didn't expect the end at all !) and a lot of humor (I loved the heroine's exes parade xD)
Special mention for the heroine who calls her father when things are not going well <3 (and I still love Nico so much =))

In short, a romance that I read with pleasure =)

PS: I hope we won't have to wait too long for the books with Clay's brothers =D I must admit I had a crush ><

I love everything by Aurora Rose Reynolds, especially her Until/Until Her/Until Him series featuring the Mayson's and their offspring (you can add Underworld Kings to this as we get crossover characters from the Until series making an appearance).

Until Willow follows Willow Mayson and Clay Raven (love this name). You get everything you would expect from one of Aurora's books, romance, a little bit of intrigue/mystery/suspense and of course the BOOM.

Willow has just left her date behind at a restaurant after realising he doesn't really care. This was after him spending most of the time glued to his phone and after she got trapped in the bathroom he just started their meal (was halfway through by the time she got out) rather than look for her.

She stops off on her way home to buy a bottle of wine when she notices some men standing at the back of her car. Enter Clay who comes in pretending he is her boyfriend to get the others to leave. He does a search of her car and finds they had planted a tracker.

Turns out there has been a regular occurrence of this happening lately.

It was unusual to read a book where it is the female character who has a string of ex's showing up making the male character become jealous and possessive. There is an ex (Naomi) of the male character who shows up and tries to cause issues, but he dated her a long time ago and his ex is now married to one of his brothers.

I understand each of Clay's brothers get their own book and I have already read Tuckers book Before We Fall which is book one in the Before series

Nothing sucks more than when you don’t love a book by one of your favorite authors. I found Until Willow lackluster and even the Mayson family couldn’t save it. I don’t really know if I ever liked Willow and that’s where a lot of my issues with this book lie.

She came off as extremely flakey and a bit of a mess. She ran at the slightest hint of Clay making a move on her. Was this the same girl who said that she wanted someone who was all about her? I really didn’t understand her. Clay was cool for the majority of the book, but he did come out of pocket a few times. We all have pasts that shape us, but you can’t handle your fears with extreme actions like that.

Speaking of our main characters, I didn’t really feel the BOOM. I wanted to feel that booming attraction that we have with previous books and that was missing here. It was a relationship based on looks and lust. He didn’t even know about her siblings despite spending different scenes together.

If you are a reader of this series then you know the love interest is always getting kidnapped or in some kind of trouble. That part stayed true, however, it felt rushed and a bit left field. There wasn’t enough build up or clues to even piece together who the bad guy would be.

All in all, this one was a miss for me. I saw a post on Facebook that Clay’s brothers would be getting books, but if I’m being honest I’d be only interested in reading about Miles.

good story

Loved the storyline and concept. Very much disliked the lack of line-by-line editing and proofreading. Many MANY punctuation errors, mistakes of “lose” vs “loose” and even were” vs “we’re”. Very unexpected for an author of this caliber.

When your soul mate is in the right place at the right time! This book has some heavy topics so please read the trigger warnings. Clay is an alpha male and wants willow as his. Willow definitely puts up a fight about getting involved with him. But there is no denying their chemistry. I listened to the audio for this book and struggled with the male narrator when he would do the woman’s voice.
