Oh. My. God. This book had my jaw on the floor for most of the time! I’ll admit—I put it off for ages, probably because of the simple title. But wow, was I wrong. It’s full of twists, suspense, and so much fun. I only wish I’d read it sooner. Loreth Anne White is quickly becoming one of my favorite authors. Absolutely gripping!

This was ok. It was a fine typical, cookie-cutter thriller. It had the potential to be a wild ride, but I think the author tried to pack too much in. And while I don’t generally mind going back and forth in a time line, this was a bit too much. I listened to the audiobook and there was something about the narrator that made me feel disconnected, so perhaps this would be a 4 star if I had read the physical book instead.

I really enjoyed this one! Thought was well written with lots of twist and turns. . I really enjoy whites writing! And enjoy a good loner story
