Idk how much I liked the switching between present and past every other chapter. It kind of felt rushed at the end. But you know what.... I'm not complaining. The twists were surprisingly surprising. Written a lot better than the first book. Onto book 3!

I absolutely loved Nightbane! This book had me hooked from start to finish—I could not put it down. The way Alex Aster wove in "flashbacks" added so much depth to the story, making it even more captivating. Seeing all the relationships unfold, piece by piece, kept me fully invested, and the twists along the way made for an incredible read. If you loved Lightlark, this sequel will blow you away! I cannot wait to see where this story goes next.
