An ok collection. Stephen King should NOT read his own stuff though. He has quite a monotonous reading voice.
Another delightful collection of stories that range from creepy to just plain weird. I absolutely enjoyed this book and I highly recommend it to both old fans of Mr. King and new ones as well. I really liked how each story had a little anecdote at the beginning that explains the authors inspiration for the story that follows, or even just allows the reader a brief glimpse into the mindset he was in when the story was written.

another stephen king book that never failed to hold my interest. quite literally the king of short stories. such a versatile writer who continually defies genres in his work. really enjoyed reading about his writing process and creative mind in the excerpts before each story about his inspiration.
This is King being King. It's not his best collection to-date, but it's still a solid read. This one was slow going for me as I wanted to savor it -- collections of short stories from him don't come along often enough.
slow-paced
Many short stories. Some were great, some were meh (IMO).
