First collection of short stories I've read in a while. They were quite enjoyable.
These stories are about as suspenseful as a ham sandwich, and about as interesting. I'm listening to this on a long trip, and it's making me dread the ride back. I am certain I can rate this now even though I'm only halfway through, it's just not my kind of book.

I love these short stories that Jeffrey Archer writes A slice of life that law abiding citizens don't see. Really good
Really tricky to rate as I enjoyed it on the whole. Some was a bit far fetched. I wasn't overly comfortable with the author profiting from a prison sentence. Some of the stories though we wouldn't have heard otherwise and were quite good/memorable. The last story I don't even get what the point was tbh seemed a bit unkind if anything

Archer didn't fail to meet my expectation again.
A collection of funny, eventful and suspense filled stories. Best suited for a time when one is not in mood to read a long book, but still wish for an engrossing story. Each story is distinct in its own way, reading the collection feels like a walk through different lanes that started from the same point

It is a captivating book. I liked the way his plot twists came out. My 3 personal favorites are 'Don't drink the water', 'It can't be October already' and 'The Wisdom of Solomon'. This

Omg. My first Jefferey Archer and I'm hooked. My favorite story was "Maestro"
