This epic urban fantasy series features a heroine who discovers she is a full fledged demon. The world building is intricately layered and includes elements from both Hebrew and Greek mythology.

I enjoyed the banter and steam between Akira and Cander, and loved to loathe Ian.

Recommended for fans of Jennifer Armentrout.

I don't normally read Paranormal or Fantasy but this book had me so intrigued, captivated and fascinated with the story that I actually couldn't put it down. I was hanging on every world, sentence and chapter that I didn't want this book to end. When I finally started the Epilogue I was trying to savor the little bit of story left and wanted to throw my tablet by the end because I needed so much more of this story and these characters! This is without a don't a book I would recommend!

Holy fuck. I’m still in awe of this book.

Akira is the baddest bitch around, even if she didn’t know it in the beginning. Imagine you’re whole life, everything you know being flipped upside down and becoming a demon.
The characters and the world that Chelsii created is nothing short of amazing.
Cander is one giant asshole demon who can’t seem to make up his mind on his feelings for Akira but that won’t stop him from defending her if someone even looks her way.
Sexy demons, magicals, and mermaids, oh my! Step into hell and read this amazing book!

This book was absolutely fantastic! It was so original and unique that I was completely captivated from page one until the very end! From the brilliant storyline that was unlike anything I have ever read, to the complex creative characters, to the talented writing of Chelsii Klein, this book has everything.

Seeing so many awesome supernatural creatures and just the creativity that Chelsii Klein weaves into each page was incredible. Everything was so descriptive and way past what my imagination could ever develop. The realms in and of themselves were nothing short of phenomenal!

Then there are the characters. From Akira and Cander who completely blew me away with their chemistry; to secondary characters like Cain and Elijah, Envy and Strife, and Crow who added so much depth and intrigue to the story; and all of the other more minor characters that still brought so much to the story, all playing an important role.

I can’t wait for more from this series! I didn’t want this book to end and the wait for more is going stink but also be so worth it!

If you're looking for a book that has it all, look no further. This book has sirens, incubus/succubus demons, the nine realms of hell, etc. Action packed and filled with awesome lusty (that's a word now) scenes that literally make you turn pages to see what happens next. It's intense and fast paced and you won't want to put it down!

Things happen fast in this book and I'm not one for spoilers so I'm just gonna say that Cander can be as hot as he wants in Grey sweatpants, but he's still an asshole. Crow is my favorite character! That ending.... bring on book 2 pronto!

The Ivy Tribe is the Dark Paranormal romance you didn’t know you needed!

What would you do if you woke up one day to find that you’re life wasn’t what you thought, that you weren’t what you thought? Could you hang? Would you think you were loosing your mind? ⁣

What if you had to choose if you were going to be good or evil? ⁣

This book is not for the faint of hearts, it will suck you in and eat out your heart! It’s full of action, betrayal, lust, and whew is it

Firstly, let it be known that this is not a genre I would normally pick up, but I joined bookstagram to get outside my comfort zone once in a while, and I sure am glad I did!⁣

I absolutely adored the writing style of this book. It was so casual and flowed so easily. I found myself chuckling at some of ways that Akira was written, thinking how similar it is to the way I think and speak. I also really enjoyed the world building and the darkness of the story. ⁣

My only real issues with the book were some of the writing was a bit repetitive through the story (e.g. how many times it was mentioned she was a virgin and that seemed to have no actual bearing on the story) and it could probably do with a good streamlining. Some of the content felt a bit unnecessary/filler content. ⁣

Let it be known, this isn’t one for the faint hearted - this shit was steamy AF. ⁣

Thank you to @authorchelsiiklein for sending me a copy in exchange for an honest review. Keen to see where the story goes from here!⁣
