Read this book for school and I am devastated for the horrors that Wiesel had to face. Only giving it 3 stars because it's not my usual type of book, but that does not detract from the powerful message and words of the text.

I don’t think I’ve ever read a more difficult and necessary book. Elie Weisel deserves all thanks for his courage in writing this; I only hope that we will continue to hear and learn from the horrors that he and millions of others endured.
