When I first checked this book out, I wasn't expecting much. In fact, I was inwardly groaning. The cover looked to be the shelter of an indecipherable story whose humor and language had been left behind in the 16th century.
I was pleasantly surprised. The language was comprehendible for a high school sophomore and the plotline was mildly enjoyable. Boy loves girl, but girl loves hotter boy. Oops. It has been a while (a month, probably) since I've finished the book, but I do remember some scenes being quite funny to read aloud in the middle of English class.
Overall, an enjoyable, but forgettable experience.
