This is indeed what it says it is.
A fascinating guide to the whole subject of psychology – an ideal introduction for anyone interested in why we do what we do and think what we think.

It’s only recently that my interest in the workings of the mind has increased, and where to start but this super interesting graphic guide that breaks down complex concepts into bite-sized pieces with engaging caricatures.

Of course, you can’t really fit context into such a tiny graphic guide, even though it didn’t feel tiny as I kept reading it. Psychology, like any other discipline, is vast, and it often happened that I wanted to know in-depth about a particular concept that I found particularly interesting. But that’s where this guide came in; it made everything more interesting for me.

It touches upon everything under the sun, from the six approaches within psychology to its connection with philosophy (I’m coming for you next!). If you want to start somewhere, then this is definitely one of the best options. It does make you think a lot, about everything, though only if you’re the thinking kind, I believe.

It was short and compact.

Thoughts:
Great basic introduction to psychology as a whole. A few interesting studies I hadn't learnt prior too.

le faltó jugo pero aprendí más con este libro que en mi primer año en la carrera

Good, easy to read, quite fun. Probably already forgotten most of it. It did leave me thinking that governments probably ought to use psychology more in education.
