My favorite by far in the series ! This couple was so damn cute I also really liked spider I cannot wait to read his story so he can get his HEA

Boyyyy this was a slow freaking burn. I wanted more, a lot more. I wish there was less Declan & Kage drama in this one and more about the two main characters. I loved the chemistry, it was so juicy and despite the reviews and people losing it over Malek saying “Daddy’s home,” upon sliding into her, I fucking loved it. Lol
Things I didn’t love: the kidnapping, so predictable based on the series. These men all think the exact same. I could predict all of it which isn’t a quality I love in a novel. I was angry as hell when he called Spider to bring her home. Against her freaking will at that.
Spider - who we thought was her softy bodyguard turned out to be a fucking raging asshole & annoyed me endlessly at the end. I wish the epilogue was regarding the couple and not him. We only got them back together for 5 seconds and then the novel was over.
I just wanted more is all!

I am gonna be honest....the first two were great. This third one didn't connect. I didn't love the FMC. The connection between the two MCs was a stretch at best. It didn't make alot of sense. They had no history and yet she took a bullet for the guy who creeps into her bedroom? I'm not buying it. The story line and characters wasn't as evolved as the other two books. Even still I hope the final book is as good as the first two.
