I never expected to enjoy it as much as I did, it being romance centered and all.

I do think the rival aspect isn’t as fleshed out as I expected but it works for the story so I didn’t mind as much.

Fun read that had me smiling towards the end

I am such a sucker for men like Miles.

Anyway, this book was so cute. It was such a fun, quick read. While at times the writing did cause me to cringe, it was easy to read and had a chatty style that made you feel like you were friends with the main character. I wasn't too sure how I would feel about the plot line centering around a time loop, but I actually enjoyed it a lot. Overall, it was an enjoyable, playful sort of book.

I was really concerned by the synopsis of this book that things would get stale from repeating the same day over and over. But that never happened! I'm really impressed by the way that Solomon felt out the exact points where as a reader things felt too same-y and had the character feel the same way, so she changed it up! A LOT! The cultural elements were cool, and made me learn new things about Jewish traditions. These characters really carried this story, and I think that it wouldn't be nearly as good if the characters weren't all so real feeling. It felt like no one got left behind, which I really appreciated.

I can't give it a 5 because of the ending. It felt really contrived to cause drama? I think the story would have been stronger without that. It felt like the ending really fumbled the ball and then it wasn't able to recover after that.

I don’t read much YA anymore but this was such a sweet read!! I loved the concept of the time loop. The way their relationship bloomed (ha) really made my heart happy. I also appreciate the heavier topics but still handled really well.

I love the premise of the book! It’s a perfect mix that made me feel like it was a romcom movie from the 2000’s

I guess it's just hard to read a romance with time travel that isn't very specific about how the time travel works 😬.
