My poor little heart can’t take it...
So I read Cross in TPA and loved it then and guess what? Feeling is still the same. Cross and Kallie are the pair everyone roots for. Cross, the former, but not so much, bad boy who stole Miss Kallie’s heart fights to get his girl. We all want them to get their HEA! The story may be short, but it’s heartfelt and such a sweet interlinking inside the Gibson world.
Now that short story of Blaire...grr! She needs a book because I’m loving her and Holt and can’t deal with them not seeing things through. Then Kip and Nora, gah! I can’t take it.
Good reads as always. Looking forward to Mach’s book and hopefully the continuation of the two shorts.

Oh, the shortest and sweetest story! This second chance novella was so easy to get lost in. Sure, it is a tad bit rushed but then again it is a novella, so that is expected. However, the swoon factor that Adriana is known is so so there!
Would I have loved to read a full-length novel? YES! If you've read Adriana's previous works, you know how amazing and all-encompassing they are so for me to want a full-length novel is natural. Like, why would I want to miss out on the swoon? o_O
The added bonus to this novella is two other short stories at the end, Restraint and Crash and I am actually satisfied with their length.
Cross is a quick, hot, sexy bite-sized collection of three short romance stories rolled into one little novella.

Argh. Wasn't too impressed with this. Far too much unnecessary drama and lack of communication to make me pull my hair out. To read or not to read the next one is the question...

Cross & Kallie's story is pure fire! 🔥
these Gibson boys are so swoon worthy & sexy😍.
I was so excited when I saw Cross was getting a book (I'll be more excited when we get a full Peck book 😉😉 hint hint Adriana!) and this one just hit it out of the park!!!
there were small details that made me love Cross right from the beginning including but not limited to the fact that he still takes care of Kallies mother in small ways (taking out her garbage, fixing minor issues around the house) years after they went their separate ways and the man still cares about helping her mom? come on, how can you not love him?😍❤
As described in the "details" section, this is a novella but I honestly still feel like I got the full story. it made for a quick read, still jam packed with details & lip biting sexy scenes.
Not to forget the short stories we get in the end of the book. I was so happy to see an update on Blaire, even those she isnt a Gibson boy, she is a Gibson gal & their series would not have been complete without some story on her. & without spoiling it, her story was HOTTTT! 🔥
Seriously yall, grab this book the second it's available, & read it right away! So so good! 😍❤🔥 Well done Mrs. Locke, well done. Your books never disappoint. ❤

I LOVE Adriana Locke and her family based romances. This one in particular is a novella set around the Gibson family series. It can also act as a stand alone.
This was a super cute second chance at love. The main characters Cross and Kallie have to work through their past reservations and reputations to find their way back to one another.
I liked this one and can’t wait to read more of the Gibsons and their friends and family!

Ms locke has done it again with a great second chance story. I loved this short novella.
