I enjoy Daisy’s books slightly more, but this one was a bit too repetitive. I think with Julian and Daisy being so present in the events of The Long Way Home it just felt like 80% of this plot was copy and paste. I didn’t feel that as much with the first Daisy Haites book because even though events do repeat from the first Magnolia Parks book they aren’t in it as much so it wasn’t as noticeable. I did still really love this for the characters though! Daisy is my absolute favorite from this entire franchise. I’m not ready for the next book and the aftermath of Long Way Home though.
