Can a book be incredibly cute and so spicy at the same time? Chelsea Curto says, “yes,” and she is NOT wrong. Lacey and Shawn are perfect friends to lovers in this fake dating little setup (maybe too perfect, if that’s a thing. I had to sing a star because a story with no real drama kinda gets long at over 300 pages). If you like •fake dating •friends to lovers •sports themes •once to get it out of our systems •sunshine x2 •spice+plot, you’ll love Caught on Camera!

I just love love and this book is a perfect example of how friends become lovers and it can actually go smoothly and end up wildly amazing. My heart is so happy for Lacey and Shawn.

Chelsea sure knows how to write. She’s the type of author that makes me excited to get into a story. That makes me immerse myself in these characters instead of banging my head against a wall for 300 pages at how stupid people can be. Is it such a novel concept to write a love story about two adults who actually act like adults? Because if that’s what you want, then look no further.

5⭐️. No critiques. No grammar mistakes. No spelling errors. No weird speech patterns. People just peopling and falling in love.

This was very well done. It never really felt like friends to lovers, which I honestly appreciate, even though they were clearly best friends. I know that doesn’t quite make sense here, but I think it will when you read it. Fake dating. Sports. Possessive jersey moments. Spice. Family. Friendship. A good balance of it all. Made me smile while reading

I loved this book. I can’t describe how much I want more. Lacey and Shawn’s relationship is everything. You can’t help but to root for them the whole time. The writing is so well done, the characters are lovable; I couldn’t put it down. It was a tad long but other than that no notes. I can’t wait to read more from this author.

Friends to lovers with a holiday sports twist! Lacey is a very relatable character, especially with me also being in healthcare. Her and Shawn’s friendship is newer but they make it seem like they’ve been friends for a lifetime. Shawn is giving intense daddy vibes, being the youngest head coach in the NFL and being a dad to 21 year old Maven. Their first kiss energy was ELECTRIC and the fake dating doesn’t last very long but boy do you enjoy the ride! Another Chelsea Curto classic

As a friends to lovers girlie, i giggled all throughout this read! Every time I had to put it down to be an adult I would be super frustrated.

This one is an amazing friends to lovers/ faking dating read and i fell for Shawn and Lacey more than they fell for eachother!
