Just felt kind of cringe. The overall plot line was fine, but the sex scenes were jarring and didn’t really reflect the way the rest of the story was going. Didn’t particularly care about the characters either.

No but seriously this book was absolutely amazing I giggled and cried throughout this book. The best friend banter??? the fake dating??? It was perfectly executed in this book. Reading about them slowly falling in love was adorable and I felt like the timeline was great in this book. Lacey was an absolute confident badass! I loved how refreshing she was and how protective she was of Shawn. The most wholesome and equally spicy book I’ve read in a while. I love how genuine and kind both main characters were throughout this book, the good deeds they did made me bawl my eyes out it was so kind.
This was my first book by Chelsea Curto and let me tell you it won’t be my last!

Our FMC and MMC have become best friends ever since their best friends became a couple. It's never been more than friendship...they think, but when she invites another man to join her at his game (he is the head coach of a football team), he refuses to kiss her on the kiss cam - even on the cheek. It would be ok, if the cam didn't swing back to them over and over again. When the MMC looks up and sees what's going on - he can't control himself. He leaps up to the stands and kisses her. This could all be played off as a simple thing, except the film of this is shared on social media and picked up by ever sports outlet. They decide to go with it through the end of the year though. She can bring him as her date to her companies holiday party, and have him provide an auction item - which will help her gain a promotion. Føler virkelig forfatteren har meget byde på så en kæmpe anbefaling at læse noget af hende føler virkelig hun viser denne bog hun la skriver nogle gode romantiske bøger, det eneste som jeg gjorde jeg ikke var helt vild med bogen var jeg kun var interesseret i parret og jeg synes den var trukket lidt ud bogen men ellers en virkelig god bog og kæmpe anbefaling at læse noget af hende
