I absolutely love love love veronica! She is by far one of the dark romance authors that deserves all the absolute hype. Her books are was a dark romance is suppose to be from the hard scenes to the insane amount of trigger warnings veronicas writting will do nothing but just pull you in.

In this story you get Raf & Noelle a true enemies to lovers, a shot to retake the thrown, and plot twist galore. Noelle is so strong and i love it because one thing i cant stand is a meek female

I cannot wait for book 2 i hate cliffhangers but veronica is totally worth it!

It was a good book but if you are looking for something smutty, this aint it. Trust me, it will get there but it doesn't start getting really smutty until the next book. I love the concept of the book but I feel like some areas were glossed over and could of been elaborated on more. Also, I'm really not into the whole bullying trope so it was hard to make sense of in some areas but it was a solid short read.

I really liked this book, it kept me hooked because I was waiting for the MC to find out what a dick he’s been!! But it didn’t even happen in this book. However I devoured this one and the next for that reason alone. I liked Noelle and hated Raf in this one
