Talk about starting off with BANG! There isn’t really a build up with this one, you hit the ground running lol.
Bastin MF Bishop… seriously. Talk about your hot obsessed / possessive Alphahole. He is poor, comes from the wrong side of the tracks, his past is filled with dark trauma, and he is the polar opposite of Rocklin. Rocklin is honestly perfect for Bass - she is strong, independent, and pushes back at him in all the right ways. Their Chemistry is ELECTRIC! The Banter is perfection.
Also - Bass has the BEST Filthy mouth and a sparkle peen…. SO GOOD lol.
I loved this first introduction into this world and I cannot wait for more secrets to unravel in the next books!

I love these stories MB comes up with, the worlds she created for the brayshaws and now the greysons are SPECTACULAR. It can be slightly hard to follow sometimes with all the side characters and world building but sheesh, she can write a story.

I have so many words that need to be said and I have no idea how to say them. This book was perfection! I absolutely loved everything about these characters and cannot wait to get more! Bass is another perfect book boyfriend. Ya know if you like the bad boys who will take down the world for the girl and who does not love that! Especially when he knows his women doesn’t need him too. Rocklin definitely did not need this man to stand in front of her but she sure loved when he did. They are the true King and Queen. This is another must read you would expect from the author.
