Has some new info, especially regarding the use of repetition. Headlee narrates the audio, and it was nice to hear her emphasis on topics.

I had some serious issues with this book, but at the end of the day it really challenged a lot of my thinking.

Summary: The importance of + tips on how to have productive conversations in the modern world despite personal differences.

My take: If there's a self improvement book on any topic I'm drawn to it. One of my hobbies is self reflection, so when this was recommended to me I was instantly invested.

This book uses different studies to make logical points about the importance of conversations, which I found so interesting. I also loved the tips the author gave to improve conversational skills.

Some critics of this one complained that it was redundant and the author said "I" too much. I'll give them that, but ultimately I think this should be required reading for human beings who are alive and have opinions in 2021.

If you find nothing of value in this one, then message me and you can argue at me for having a difference of opinion as is the modern trend
