There's honestly something about BK's writing that's so poetic and sweet, and each word she puts on the pages feels like it goes straight to your heart. And this series is honestly one of my all time favourites.

Evie and Beckett met in a bar in Maine, and the spark between them was instant. They spent unforgettable two days together, and then one morning Beckett woke up alone with no sign of Evie. He honestly thought he'd never see her again, so you can imagine his shock and surprise when he saw her in Lovelight Farms the first time (in book one), where she came as an influencer for a social media contest.
There's this awkwardness between them and they don't fully know how to behave around each other, but nothing happens then.

This time however, Evie comes to Lovelight Farms on her own accord. She feels burnt-out, and the job she once loved no longer brings her joy. So she decides to take a break from all the social media, focus on herself and go in search of her happy. And what better place to start than the one that charmed her ever since she visited it for the very first time? 🌲

Beckett is honestly so precious, swoony and loving! 😭 I love how grumpy he is on the outside, but once you get to know him better you realise that this man is anything but. My heart melted and ached for him every. single. time. 😭

The chemistry between them is still there. The connection and attraction are still strong and undeniable. But their worlds are very different, and there's so much figuring out to do. Could it even work? Could they ever work?

Their story is a delicious slow-burn and second-chance done beautifully. Whenever Beckett was making sure Evie was finding her happy I was honestly turning into one big puddle on the floor and feeling very emotional. 😭 He is so so precious!! 🫢🏼

I adored their story and I adore all the characters. They're so close and supportive of each other, and Lovelight Farms truly feels like a magical place on earth that can make everything better. ✨

BK did it again with another cozy and sweet contemporary small town romance between the quiet handsome farmer and the beautiful influencer. I liked this book but the miscommunication annoyed me more than it usually does. Also, get this poor man into therapy! Still a fun and cozy quick read and I'll continue reading the rest of the lovelight farms books when I'm in the mood for this type of romance.
