Excellent book. Quick, easy read.
I love the way that it doesn't require much thought or concentration... it's just something that I could pick up and read without worrying too much about it.
My favourite character was easily Roxanne - she was AWESOME. Maggie began to bug me slightly by the end, and Candice was... flat. If that's the right word. She's the character that I'm most likely to forget in the next week and a half, even though she had the main storyline.
I also wish that the situation with Heather had been wrapped up - what happened to her when she left Candice's flat? Where will she go now? Why could she never forgive Candice, even though her brother could?
But despite this, it was an extremely enjoyable book, and since it was my first experience of Sophie Kinsella/Madeline Wickham, I'm happy to say that I was impressed, and definitely looking forward to picking up my next Sophie Kinsella novel.

A fun read not meant to be taken too seriously. It made for a pleasant diversion even if it didn't have any real surprises!
I am not typically a reader of this genre but it was a semi-decent read. I think it'd be great as a movie.
Nice, light-hearted read from the author who wrote the "Shopaholic" series about the lives of three London women: one navigating the first few weeks of motherhood, one a new friendship, and one in the throes of an adulterous affair. If you like Shopaholic, you'll probably like this too.
