Enjoyed this audio. This is to be read at the right time for you. Those struggling with chronic depression should hold off until they’ve had time to balance mood. The last chapter quotes some bible verses which is a turnoff for me. But it wasn’t throughout the whole book and I was able to grasp the message without too much discomfort.

After the reader is instructed to say "hello" to themselves inside their own minds in order to discover their true self - I knew it wasn't for me. It didn't resonate.

Really appreciated the first 3/4 of the book. Would recommend for someone who's spiritually seeking ideas and perspectives.

Wow - incredible insight in a clearly written and flowing book. Michael Singer provides a very simple pathway to living a life of enjoyment and happiness, while allowing for the realities of our day to day. It is not about constantly being in a state of nirvana, but understanding when we have fallen off our center, and bring ourselves back. It is about opening our heart by not closing it, and to allow ourselves to touch infinity.

As short as it is, this book took me FOREVER to read. I remember starting it over a year ago and I never made it past the 3rd chapter. Not because it wasn't good, it was just A LOT for me at the time. Looking back, I don't think I was ready to receive and download the information being presented. Even this most recent time of reading it, I found that each chapter really requires a careful read, in order yo truly absorb the information. Some chapters may not resonate for you, but I promise that you will find SOMETHING in this book of value. The best way to read this book is not to just read the words on the page and agree with them. But with each example presented, find a way to relate it to your own personal life with specific scenarios. This book is dense with spiritual food, and is so worth the read.
