I do feel this one was a little rushed the pace was really good up to this book, or maybe it was just me(?)
Still amazing, still great story, HEA but a hint at a new series with Vegas and her boys!

Loved it

This book closes the series, but feels like this story is just the beginning of a larger tale featuring Vegas and her men. I was happy to read that the author is writing another series featuring these same characters and continuing their story, because there's so much more to tell.

This book is kind of a bridge between the drama in book 4 and whatever happens in the future. It's the perfect set up to begin something new. And it still ties into the Vengeance series, which I also just finished, having read both books concurrently.

There's a lot of spicy times between Vegas and her men, plus a bunch of magical shenanigans and horrible attitudes toward humans with magical abilities versus fae folk and blatant misogyny, so there's a lot of work that needs to be done in this universe and thankfully the women in the remaining Horde Universe books are here to clean thing up.

I loved watching Vegas grow from a weaker character in the beginning to someone incredibly strong. Magic helped, but also having strong female friends as role models plus the support of her men seemed to boost her confidence. We can't always be strong on our own. Having a team helps.

This book feels kind of like one long epilogue. There are a few minor situations that are quite interesting, but it’s more or less a happily ever after with different points of view. I enjoyed it nonetheless and I’m looking forward to the new series with these characters.

This book was absolutely perfect! I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect ending (though I know more is coming).

After all of the intense craziness of of war, it was absolutely lovely to see Vegas get to enjoy time with her men. From a proposal that was exactly what you’d expect from her men, to a little peanut being created, to Wolf pups joining to fold, and so much more.

Seeing everything come full circle and this family finally getting some time together apart from all the madness made my heart soar. I just love this group so much!

I never wanted this book to end. I have become so attached to this family that I want to live in their world forever. There is just so much to love about this series. I am ecstatic that there is more coming from this group!

Awesome series

A great, hot series with plenty of plot spread throughout. I can’t wait to see what’s next for the Ravens and Bandit as king.
