Marriage of convenience will forever be one of my favorite tropes! I ate this book up and loved both Everly and Cash!  Despite having not seen each other for over a decade, I love how they ran into one another and made some impulsive decisions after a few too many drinks.  But despite that, Cash is sweet, protective, and so caring when it comes to Everly and it's like his childhood crush never resolved!  The tension and spice in this book is perfect and I couldn't get enough of this couple!

I feel like this was really well written but just missing some sort of build up or sparkly chemistry.

I couldn’t connect with the characters and it seemed like they didn’t connect well either. I cringed a few times and the writing was boring. Dnf’d around 60%. And where was the billionaire activity???  2.5 stars
