No Pucking Way sounded just goofy enough that I thought I'd fall in love with it instantly.

Hockey infused with Mafia, RH annnnd ott possessive MMCs that will literally do EVERYTHING for the MFC? Yes, please. That's exactly what this story delivers. Went into this one blind, so the cliffhanger at the end had me chuckling and cursing at the same time, but I'm certain C.R. Jane and May Dawson will make the wait very worthwhile.

Kennedy, Jack, Carter, Sebastian, and Greyson. Kennedy woke up from a coma with no memories and lived her life out for five years never knowing more about herself than her first name. (Which is like…how did she buy car? She didn’t have a drivers license??? How did she get the job at the arena if her application literally didn’t even have her last name on it and she had no past experience. Her job app would just say “my name is Kennedy”) anyways, Jack, Sebastian, and Carter are all NHL players and Greyson is some mafia leader dude. Kennedy slowly (painfully slowly) starts to unfold her past. Ends on a cliffhanger. Some p clear editing errors. But overall the book was mysterious and fun. I liked the cameo of Ari Lancaster from “wrong pucking guy.” Interested to see how this duet wraps up
