Wow! That was the only word my brain could formulate after finishing this book. WOW!

No Pucking Way is INTENSE. The story progresses in such a way that we are almost as in the dark about her history as Kennedy is who has been suffering from amnesia for the last five years. This style of writing really captured and held my attention throughout the whole book leading me to read the whole thing in nearly one sitting. That was how on the edge of my seat and desperate for answers I was.

Add to that, we also get what I believe to be a very unique dynamic amongst Carter, Greyson, Jack, and Sebastian and how they relate to Kennedy. This foursome of once inseparable found brothers completely fractured at the time of the hit and run that stole Kennedy’s past from her and thus her from them. When the book starts, they’ve become virtual strangers to each other, their ensuing interactions that of longstanding enemies and not former friends, teammates, and brothers. Watching how the splinter between Greyson and the other three affects the story and traps Kennedy in the middle of them was amazing. They have truly become broken and their own worst enemies with absence of her from their lives. And with every other chapter I found myself volleying between which “side” to take.

It is really a great book and one that I cannot wait to see the conclusion of next year. I just know it’s going to be even more ensnaring than this one.

I had no idea this was not a standalone?? And the book just ends with 50 pages left to go?! I was caught SO off guard. I hate unfinished series and I was not expecting it at all so be warned! 😂

You kind of have to suspend all belief for this book, in no way is it believable but if you forget all that it’s still a pretty fun read. Hopefully I remember it for part 2 in March 😂

Nothing in this book was convincing, from the amnesia to the spice to the mafia. Underdeveloped characters who seen to live in some form of alternate universe. Cliffhanger

This book gave me so much anxiety. I honestly had no idea what was going to happen and I need answers!!!  I'm honestly mad that I have to wait until March to get answers.

However, this was a wild ride and I'm all for it. After we are introduced to the prologue of Kennedy being in a terrible accident, it fast forwards 5 years and our FMC is suffering from amnesia. This made for a really interesting plot since as the readers we know about Kennedy's past and the men she loved. But it frustrated the hell out of me because every time she was getting close to remembering something, it slipped away from her.

Unfortunately for Kennedy, her accident led to a strained relationship between her men which made the plot more mysterious as you try to figure out what happened. And of course the 4 men are trying to compete for Kennedy without her knowing who they actually are.

And now I have to sit and wait for about 4 months for the conclusion!

I love a why choose. And especially love a honey why choose, but I hated everything about this book. The FMC has the personality of stale whit bread and the IQ to match. Every single MMC was just as insufferable as she was. The storyline was elementary at best and the spice didn’t even hit. I was so excited about this book but, just like my ex, it left me wholly unsatisfied.
