The first bit of the book switches perspectives rather frequently, which I didn't like. Once that stopped about a quarter of the way in I really enjoyed the book, although some of the bad guys were easily detected and it was a bit frustrating that it took the characters so long to see them for what they were.

Move over, flatly-written wimpy heroines of today's fiction - Victoria Jones is here. Or rather HAS been here since 1951 but she's so fresh, you'd never know it. Has quickly taken its place as my favorite Christie novel.
