Beautiful read, articulates so many feelings so well. You are rooting for it to work out all along. Couldn’t put it down.

I really, really wanted to like this book, but sadly, I couldn't get into it. The story and plot had so much potential, but unfortunately, the writing style killed it for me. The writing felt awkward like I was being told the story vs shown. I wasn't able to visualize what was happening, therefore I was never able to connect with the characters. I tried really hard to give this book a fair chance but ended up DNFing at 25%.

3.75 rounded up. I liked but didn't love this book. It's about love/soulmates/the one that got away and how trauma can both tear people apart and bind them for life. I've seen criticism that felt the book was boring, but I was not bored. I did feel annoyed at times with Rosie and how it feels like she uses Will as a comfort blanket instead of working on herself and the root cause of all her issues.
